MUTUAL WARRANTIES OF THE PARTIES. 4.1 Each Party hereby warrants to the other Party that it: (i) has, and will at all times during the currency hereof have, the full right, title and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations herein; (ii) has obtained, or will in a timely manner obtain, all consents, rights and permissions necessary for performance of said obligations; (iii) will maintain in full force and effect all such consents, rights and permissions as shall be legally necessary for the continuing performance of its obligations hereunder; and (iv) will at all times comply with all applicable statutory and mandatory requirements relating to the performance of this Agreement.
MUTUAL WARRANTIES OF THE PARTIES. Neither party makes any representations or warranties to the other regarding specific results of the joint or separate marketing, alliance activities and other activities under this Agreement.
