Alliance Activities definition

Alliance Activities means the activities performed by the parties in connection with the Alliance.
Alliance Activities has the meaning set out in our Alliance Agreement.
Alliance Activities means all activities, things and tasks which any Participant is, or may be, required to do to comply with its obligations under this Agreement (including the Works Brief) including the design, construction, commissioning, integration, bringing to operational readiness and handover of the Alliance Works to TfNSW and the provision of Temporary Works and Construction Plant.

Alliance Activities means all activities that we:
Alliance Activities has the meaning given to it in clause 3.1; has the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.6 (b) (i) of Schedule 4;
Alliance Activities means all activities, things and tasks which any Participant is, or may be, required to do to comply with its obligations under this Agreement (including the Scope of Works), including all tasks necessary to complete the design and construction of the Alliance Works and Temporary Works, excluding any Contractor's Actvities carried out prior to the Commencement Date.

  • Service activities means activities in connection with the provision of personal, continuing services to shareholder accounts in the Shares; provided, however, that if the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”) adopts a definition of “service fee” for purposes of Section 2830(b)(9) of the NASD Conduct Rules or any successor provision that differs from the definition of “service activities” hereunder, or if the NASD adopts a related interpretive position intended to define the same concept, the definition of “service activities” in this paragraph shall be automatically amended, without further action of the parties, to conform to the then effective NASD definition. Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

Research misconduct does not include honest error or differences of opinion. As used in this definition, (i) “fabrication” means making up data or results and recording or reporting them; (ii) “falsification” means manipulating research materials, equipment, or processes, or changing or omitting data or results such that the research is not accurately represented in the research record; and (iii) “plagiarism” means the appropriation of another person’s ideas, processes, results, or words without giving appropriate credit.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Student teaching means a supervised teaching practice occurring near the end of an applicant's approved program.

  • Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.

  • Interfering Activities means (A) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Person employed by, or providing consulting services to, any member of the Company Group to terminate such Person’s employment or services (or in the case of a consultant, materially reducing such services) with the Company Group; (B) hiring any individual who was employed by the Company Group within the six (6) month period prior to the date of such hiring; or (C) encouraging, soliciting, or inducing, or in any manner attempting to encourage, solicit, or induce, any Business Relation to cease doing business with or reduce the amount of business conducted with the Company Group, or in any way interfering with the relationship between any such Business Relation and the Company Group.

  • Research means a systematic investigation, including research development, testing, and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge.

  • Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
