MUTUALLY AGREED DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE. a. Pursuant to Section 4117.14(C)(1) and 4117.14(E) of the Ohio Revised Code, the parties have established this mutually agreed upon Negotiations and Dispute Resolution Procedure which supersede the procedures listed in Section 4117.14(C)(2)-(6) and any other procedure to the contrary.
