Mentor Qualifications. Mentors are selected by the Employer based on demonstrated knowledge, experience and qualities that are consistent with responsibilities of mentoring in accordance with the Ohio Department of Education Resident Educator Program Standards. Employees are eligible to apply to serve as mentors in the Resident Educator Program so long as they satisfy the following qualifications:

Mentor Qualifications. To be eligible to serve as a Mentor to a Resident Educator, a teacher must hold a five-year professional license or two-year provisional license that has been renewed two (2) or more times (permanent certificate holders are also included); and have five (5) years teaching experience, three (3) of which were in the District. Preferably, Mentors should be from the same subject area and grade level as the Resident Educator. Additionally, it is preferred that Mentors be individuals who have demonstrated their ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods and communicate with colleagues constructively.
Mentor Qualifications. Mentor Teachers will be appointed on a voluntary basis. Current teachers willing to serve in this capacity will submit their names to the principal or supervisor in accordance with any procedures adopted by the District. In order for a current staff member to serve as a Mentor Teacher, he/she must be tenured and have completed at least five (5) years of successful teaching, with three of those in the Dansville Schools, and the staff member must also have consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching. It is understood that in order to implement Section 1526 and deal with special situations which may arise, Mentor Teachers may be selected from among professional personnel outside the District (such as college professors or retired professional employees) as well as from the instructional staff or administrative staff within the District.
Mentor Qualifications. 1. SBB(ASCP) or MT/MLS(ASCP) or a Pathologist, board certified in Transfusion Medicine or Medical Director of a Blood Bank. Other qualifications may be approved by the OneBlood SBB Program Director.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).

  • IRO Qualifications The IRO shall:

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Minimum Qualifications If applicable pursuant to Article 3, I acknowledge that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements established for this solicitation.

  • Insurer Qualifications Without limiting any obligations or liabilities of Consultant, Consultant shall purchase and maintain, at its own expense, hereinafter stipulated minimum insurance with insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Arizona pursuant to ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 20-206, as amended, with an AM Best, Inc. rating of A- or above with policies and forms satisfactory to the City. Failure to maintain insurance as specified herein may result in termination of this Agreement at the City’s option.
