(This minimum ratio is not applicable for employees covered by the Metal Engineering and Associated Industries Award) • Indicative competency requirements for the roles N7 are outlined below: • At N7 an employee must have certification at AQF 1 & 2 plus an additional 2 Options/specialist competencies at AQF 3 within their advertised job. • At N8 an employee must have certification at AQF 1 & 2 plus 1 CORE at AQF 3 + 1 at AQF3 (Operate processes in a system from either the Pdn or Pkg Stream) + 2 Specialist/Optionals at AQF3 • At N9 an employee must have certification at AQF 1 & 2 plus 2 CORES at AQF 3 + 1 at AQF3 (Operate processes in a system from either the Pdn or Pkg Stream) + 3 Specialist/ Optionals at AQF2 + 2 Specialist/ Optionals at AQF3 • At N10 an employee must have certification at AQF 1, 2 & 3 including 2 CORES at AQF 3 + 1 at AQF3 (Operate processes in a system from either the Pdn or Pkg Stream ) Plus all the Prerequisite AQF2 competencies (2 cores and 2 specialists) and the six Specialist/options competencies which would give the certification for AQF3 as specified in their advertised job

N7 and above. Role and Responsibilities TBA by each site however as already outlined the minimum % of employees N7 and above will be 15%. Further the Company will work with the Employee/Training Committees at each of the sites to identify roles that are N7 and above. These roles will be at the discretion of the Company. The Company recognises the value of Competency Based Training and where appropriate will support the achievement of AQF3 or N10 Classification for employees.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed.   • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds.   • PAYMENT AND INVOICE PROVISIONS An itemized invoice addressed to the ordering entity shall reference purchase order number, contract number, quantity, description, list and net unit price. Installation/Labor and any other ancillary charges will be shown as a separate line item on all quotes and invoices. Payment will be made in accordance with applicable State of Arkansas accounting procedures upon acceptance by the Agency. The State may not be invoiced in advance of delivery and acceptance of any commodity. Payment will be made only after the contractor has successfully satisfied the state agency as to the goods purchased. Contractor should invoice agency by an itemized list of charges. Purchase Order Number and/or Contract Number should be referenced on each invoice.
