Common use of Name or Address Changes Clause in Contracts

Name or Address Changes. It is your responsibility to notify the Credit Union upon a change of address or change of name. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided us. Notice of change of address may be given by writing the Credit Union, calling Member Services, or by providing notice in person to a Credit Union employee. If you do not notify us of your current address we may impose a service fee as set forth on the Deposit Rate Sheet/Fee Schedule. The Credit Union may accept a Notice of Address Change from the U.S. Postal Service as your most recent address for sending statements and notices to you.
