Common use of Names of Trade Contractors Clause in Contracts

Names of Trade Contractors. The CM/GC, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Contract shall furnish to the Design Professional the written names of the persons or entities the CM/GC proposes to engage as Trade Contractors for the Project subject to such persons or entities being approved or deemed approved in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents.
