Common use of National Emergency Clause in Contracts

National Emergency. During time of war or national emergency, RIAC shall have the right to lease the Airport area of any part thereof, including the Premises, to the United States Government for military use and, if such lease is executed, the provisions of this Agreement, insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be subordinate to said lease. Textron shall not be obliged to make any adjustment in Licensee’s fees hereunder in the event if such lease is executed.
