Fuel Storage. Any coal/logs stored at the Property must be stored in an appropriate and suitable receptacle in such place as will not cause damage to the Property or the Contents.
Fuel Storage. The location, facilities, safety measures and environmental and pollution control in connection with storage of fuel or like substances shall comply with all Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
Fuel Storage. (1) If fuel is stored on the Sublease Premises, the fuel storage facility must be in compliance with 17 AAC 45.055 and installed and plumbed according to all Environmental Laws, 13 AAC 50, 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 139 (if applicable), and all comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
(2) The Sublessee will keep all equipment used in conjunction with the Sublessee’s Fueling operations on the Airport in a safe and properly functioning condition.
(3) At any time, the Borough has the right to inspect all Fueling equipment used by the Sublessee on the Airport to determine if the Sublessee's Fueling equipment and operations conform to the applicable laws, regulations, and codes. The Sublessee, prior to any further Fueling operations, will accomplish any corrective action deemed necessary by the Borough.
(4) If Sublessee fuels aircraft or vehicles, all dispensing operations must be in compliance with 17 AAC 45.055 and will meet current requirements for fueling and fire safety as described in applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
(5) If required under 00 XXX 000, Xxxxxxxxx agrees that before performing any fueling function on an airport, Sublessee will maintain and submit to the Borough a copy of the operator's Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan prepared under 40 CFR 112.
Fuel Storage. Licensee shall have the privilege to use Textron’s bulk aviation fuel storage facility, subject to prior notification to and consent of Textron in advance of each transfer of fuel to and from such bulk fuel storage facility. Fuel will be pumped by Textron personnel into Licensee’s aircraft upon request by Licensee. Textron shall maintain records of the quantity of any fuel used and/or replenished by Licensee. For fuel consumed by Licensee’s aircraft each month Textron shall invoice Licensee in an amount per gallon equal to the average price paid by Textron for fuel during the three months prior to the date of the invoice. In addition, the parties anticipate that from time to time, with the prior consent of Textron in each case, Licensee may purchase fuel, generally in a quantity of 2,000 gallons or more, from a third party approved by Textron to replenish fuel consumed by Licensee’s aircraft from the bulk fuel storage facility. Upon termination of this Agreement, Textron shall prepare an accounting and reconciliation of the use and replenishment by Licensee of the bulk fuel storage facility and the applicable party shall reimburse the other for the actual purchase price of any fuel used or to be used by it but not paid for.
Fuel Storage. The storage of gas and fuel for company use shall only be permitted in above ground tanks which can be monitored for leaks and other potential problems. There shall also be setbacks from property lines of 4 metres (13.1 feet) when abutting a residential property.
Fuel Storage. No on-site storage and dispensing of gasoline, heating or other fuels shall occur upon a Strata Lot, or any part of the Common Property of the Strata Corporation by the Proprietor, his tenants, servants, employees, agents or visitors, provided however that a reasonable amount of fuel may be stored by the Hotel Manager only in designated areas on the Common Property for emergency purposes and the operation of general maintenance equipment and transportation systems operated by or for the Strata Corporation together with similar tools or equipment.
Fuel Storage. The FBO shall own or lease an above ground Fuel storage facility at the Airport in a location approved by the City. Fuel storage facilities shall have a total capacity for three days peak supply (excluding special events) for Aircraft being serviced. In no event shall the total storage capacity be less than: Jet Fuel Number of tanks 2 Minimum total capacity (gallons) 20,000 Avgas Number of tanks 1 Minimum total capacity (gallons) 12,000 The FBO shall be capable of expanding its Fuel storage facility capacity within a reasonable period of time. The FBO shall have adequate and proper storage for waste Fuel or test samples. FBO shall demonstrate that satisfactory arrangements have been made with a reputable aviation petroleum supplier for the delivery of quantities necessary to meet these requirements. Fuel delivered, stored, or dispensed by FBO shall comply with the quality specifications outlined in American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D 1655 (Jet Fuel) and ASTM D 1910 (Avgas). Ensuring the quality of the Fuel is the sole responsibility of FBO. FBO shall provide the City with a written Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan that meets Regulatory Measures. An updated copy of the SPCC Plan must be available for inspection by the City at least 30 calendar days prior to any scheduled changes in operations.
Fuel Storage. All fuels stored at the Landfill shall be maintained in approved corrosion resistant above ground storage tanks. Bulk fuels shall not be stored in building on the site.
