National Grid Design, Engineering and Construction Activities. 4.3.1 At Solvay's expense, National Grid agrees to design, engineer, and construct the National Grid Interconnection Facilities or Modifications and Upgrades in accordance with: (a) any Interconnection Study, (b) Good Utility Practice, (c) National Grid's standards and (d) to the extent applicable, the Scope of Work in Exhibit D, the Estimated Project Costs in Exhibit E and the Project Milestone Schedule in Exhibit F.
