  • NATIONAL TREATMENT AND MARKET ACCESS FOR GOODS Article 201: Scope and Coverage Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, this Chapter applies to trade in goods of a Party.

  • Definitions and Scope 1.1 Employees shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with the procedures prescribed in this Article.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Special and Differential Treatment for the Newer Asean Member States In order to increase the benefits of this Agreement for the newer ASEAN Member States, and in accordance with the objectives and principles set out in the Preamble and Articles 1 (Objective) and 2 (Guiding Principles), Member States recognise the importance of according special and differential treatment to the newer ASEAN Member States, through:

  • NMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 3.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).
