For locations outside the boundaries of the Studio Zones where the Employee will not be required to be lodged overnight, the Employer shall provide transportation to and from the location from a marshalling point or points within the Studio Zones. If this transportation is provided, Employees shall be obligated to use it. However, the Employer may, at its discretion, grant an Employee's request to be excused from the obligation to use the transportation provided by the Employer, in which case the Employee's travel shall be at the Employee's own expense and the Employee shall not receive pay for travel time.
