Occupational First Aid Certificate Holders. The Laws of British Columbia require an "Attendant" that holds a valid Occupational First Aid ("OFA") Certificate, either Level One, Level Two or Level Three to be present at the work site. Whether the Attendant must possess a Level One, Level Two or Level Three OFA Certificate depends on the amount of travel time to a "Hospital" and the "number of workers per shift." Such Attendant may be an Employee. The OFA Certificate holder shall be determined by the date of hire. If there is not a First Aid or First Aid/Craft Service Employee assigned to a work site that requires an "Attendant" with the requisite OFA Certificate, an Employee who accepts responsibility for First Aid and who possesses an OFA Certificate of a Level that is equal to or greater than the level required at the subject work site will be paid the following premium:
