Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS 4.1 A pre-financing payment shall be made to the participant no later than (whichever comes first): 30 calendar days after the signature of the agreement by both parties the start date of the mobility period [optional: or upon receipt of confirmation of arrival by the beneficiary] representing [between 70% and 100%] of the amount specified in Article 3 [NA may add: per semester].   • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing.
