Negotiation Meetings. a. Negotiation meetings shall be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time and place of a subsequent meeting. b. Meetings shall be scheduled at reasonable intervals to avoid conflict and interference with school and employment schedules. c. Either party may recess for caucuses up to forty (40) minutes or longer if both parties agree. d. Minutes of meetings shall be kept by each party only if it deems necessary, and only in such form and detail as it may determine advisable
