Negotiation Pay Provisions. All bargaining representatives in the employ of the District shall have the privilege of attending collective bargaining meetings with the Board if held during regular working hours without loss of remuneration. In the event an employee on the bargaining committee works afternoon shifts, they shall attend bargaining meetings with the Board without loss of remuneration and a replacement will be brought in to cover the shift. The Union agrees to notify the Board of the names of such employees, whose number, for the purpose of this section, shall not exceed a total of four (4) employees at any one time.
