Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. Only bargaining committee members, consultants, and other individuals mutually agreed to between the bargaining committees shall be present in the negotiating sessions.

Negotiation Teams Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the bargaining representatives of the other party. Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.
Negotiations Leave The Employer agrees to allow a maximum of two (2) employees time off without pay during their regular scheduled work hours, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Such employees will be paid by the Employer as if they had worked. The Employer will then bill the Union for all lost wages and benefits and the Union will remit payment promptly.
