NEPP System Design. Contractor shall prepare design documents, drawings, procedures and data for the NEPP System (the "System Design"). The System Design shall address all NEPP System functionality and Regulatory Requirements set forth in the Technical Specifications. All aspects of the System Design shall be subject to Design Review, according to the procedures and requirements set forth in Section 18 of the Technical Specifications.
