Net Assets Per Share and Gearing. The Proposed Disposal will result in a loss of approximately SGD292,625 (equivalent to approximately RM705,372.56 based on the exchange rate of S$1.00:RM2.4105 as at 23 January 2009) for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2009. The earnings per share and net assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries would decrease by approximately RM0.02 for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2009. The Proposed Disposal is not expected to have any material effect on the gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries. Based on the Deed of Assignment, the Company will incur losses of SGD616,320.82 (equivalent to approximately RM1,485,641.34 based on the exchange rate of S$1.00:RM2.4105 as at 23 January 2009) for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2009 from the assignment of the Debt from MIS to the Purchaser. The earnings per share and net assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries would decrease by approximately RM0.03 for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2009. The Deed of Assignment is not expected to have any material effect on the gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. Any discrepancies between the drawings and/or specifications and the existing conditions shall be referred to the Design Professional for additional instructions before any work affected thereby is begun.

  • Distribution of Financial Contribution The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.
