NETWORK SPECIFICATIONS. The specific protocol for CPN is contained in Xxxx Atlantic Supplement Common Channel Signaling (CCS) Network Interface Specification and Technical Reference TR-TSV- 00905. BA will transmit a "privacy indicator" as part of the CPN information in those jurisdictions where end users may elect that their CPN information not be passed to the called party, and where an end user has taken the actions necessary to ensure that its CPN is not passed to the called party. Particular Conditions of Section 12 of this Agreement shall apply and be supplemented with technical references TR-TSV-00905 Common Channel Signaling Network Interface Specification Supporting Network Interconnection, Message Transfer Part, and Integrated Services Digital Network User Part, and Xxxx Atlantic complementary XX-000 XXX/XX0 Cellular Interface Specifications, and TA-NWT-001434-CCS Network Interface Specification (“CNIS”) supporting wireless services providers.

NETWORK SPECIFICATIONS. The County has an extensive ethernet network. Servers are Microsoft Windows 2003 or better and Novell Netware 6X or better. All digital copiers supplied by Contractor/Vendor must be fully compatible with these two operating systems, along with having RJ45, 10/100 Mpbs ethernet connections and utilize PCL (Printer Command Language), version 6X or better. Contractor/Vendor shall provide telephone and on site digital support by technical professionals for all issues concerning network connections.

NETWORK SPECIFICATIONS. 5.1. Network Assumptions The FTTx Network will consist of new infrastructure, on the event partially making use of existing assets (tubes/ducts, fiber, buildings e.g. for POPs, grounds) when possible. The network design is made up of a Point-to- Point structure in which a fiber runs directly from the Area POP to each specific Access Point at a unique address. Each unique address receives a fiber pair which is terminated at an FTU. Only 1 fiber is installed all the way through. For SWAPS, we foresee slots early mornings when a Company’s technician is available in the POP to limit as much as possible service interruptions between the swap execution (by the Company) in the morning and the in- home installation (by Operator) later. The second fiber is spliced only up the Access Distribution Point.
