Network Utilities. The Coordinating Committee may approve the use of various Network Utilities to support the operation of the Network. If necessary, the Coordinating Committee may develop an Operating Policy and Procedure for implementation and use of the Network Utility by Participants. The Network Performance and Service Specifications may be updated as needed to effectively implement a Network Utility. The procedures outlined in sections 10.03 and 11.03 of this Agreement shall be followed in developing or updating Operating Policies and Procedures or Performance and Service Specifications.
