NEUROLOGIC DISEASES. Diseases during which the Central Nervous System and/or the Peripheral Nervous System are affected by a pathological process with origin and location within the structures of Central Nervous System and/or the Peripheral Nervous System. It will not be considered a neurological disease to the effects of this insurance any disease or disorder which affects in a sec- ondary way the Central Nervous System or the Peripheral Nervous System or which was caused by conditions or factors not related to the nervous system.

  • Diagnosis For a condition to be considered a covered illness or disorder, copies of laboratory tests results, X-rays, or any other report or result of clinical examinations on which the diagnosis was based, are required as part of the positive diagnosis by a physician.
