Neutral/Physical Exam Sample Clauses

Neutral/Physical Exam. In case of conflict between the Company doctor's and the Employee's personal doctor's examinations, the Employee will have the right to an examination by a qualified medical doctor agreed upon by the Union and the Company. The maximum cost of such examination will be set by the Union and the Company, and the costs will be borne equally by the Employee and the Company.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.
