Common use of Neutral Umpire Panel Clause in Contracts

Neutral Umpire Panel. The President's representative and the UFF representative shall meet within two (2) weeks of the ratification of this Agreement for the purpose of selecting an odd-numbered Neutral Umpire Panel. The Panel shall consist of no less than five (5) and no more than nine (9) individuals, not employed by the University, USF Board or the Board of Governors, who meet the following qualifications:

Neutral Umpire Panel. The Panel shall consist of no less than five (5) and no more than nine (9) individuals, not employed by the University, USF Board or the Board of Governors, who meet the following qualifications:

Neutral Umpire Panel. (a) The President's ’s representative and the UFF representative shall meet within two thirty (230) weeks days of the ratification of this Agreement for the purpose of selecting an odd-numbered Neutral Umpire Panel. The Panel shall consist of no less than five (5) and no more than nine (9) individuals, not employed by the University, USF Board or the Board of Governors, who meet the following qualifications:: familiarity with academic assignments; an ability to serve as Neutral Umpire on short notice; a willingness to serve on the Panel for one academic year; and

Neutral Umpire Panel. (1) The President's representative President or Representative and the UFF representative shall meet within two (2) weeks of the ratification of this Agreement for the purpose of selecting an odd-numbered Neutral Umpire Panel. The Panel shall consist of no less than five one (51) and no more than nine three (93) individuals, not employed by the University, USF Board or the Board of GovernorsSUS, who meet the following qualifications:
