New Delivery Points, Plant Modifications, and Expansions. Supplier may request that Processor construct new Residue Gas and NGL Delivery Points and other Facilities modifications and expansions from time to time, and Processor will promptly make the requested changes in return for either an advance payment of the cost of same by Supplier or an adjustment to the Processing Fees that appropriately compensates Processor for its incremental investment in those projects, to be negotiated in good faith between the Parties at the time.
