New Programs. Program name changes will not impact on the base bargaining unit placement of employees. When a new or substantially altered program is introduced by the College, placement into the appropriate base bargaining unit will be discussed, in advance of recruitment, with the Association. The College will send copies of all Selkirk College job postings to the Association President prior to public posting. If the Association and the College are unable to agree upon placement into the appropriate bargaining unit, either party may apply to the Labour Relations Board and request a ruling pursuant to section 3.4 of the Labour Relations Code.
