New Resale Services; Changes in Provision of Resale Services. CBT shall, via tariff filings notify CLEC of any changes in the terms and conditions under which CBT offers Resale Services, including the introduction of any new features, functions, services or promotions, by serving CLEC with a copy of the tariff filing at the time it is submitted to the Commission. The wholesale rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule shall be adjusted to reflect the appropriate wholesale discount contemporaneous with any retail price change (excluding promotional offerings consistent with Section 10.5.2) by CBT.
New Resale Services; Changes in Provision of Resale Services. 10.6.1 SBC-AMERITECH shall, via tariff filings, notify CLEC of any changes in the terms and conditions under which SBC-AMERITECH offers Resale Services, including the introduction of any new features, functions, services or promotions. If a tariff filing provides less than forty-five (45) days’ notice, SBC-AMERITECH shall provide not less than forty-five (45) days’ advance notice of such introduction. In addition, SBC-AMERITECH shall furnish CLEC with reasonable quantities of publicly available collateral information regarding the Resale Services.

Ameritech shall, via tariff filings, notify Requesting Carrier of any changes in the terms and conditions under which Ameritech offers Resale Services, including the introduction of any new features, functions or services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any notice or information provided by Ameritech pursuant to this Section 10.6 (other than in a publicly filed tariff) shall be deemed “Proprietary Information” and subject to the terms and conditions of Article XX.

BellSouth shall use best efforts to provide OnePoint forty-five (45) days advance notice via Internet posting of changes to the prices, terms or conditions of services available for Resale. To the extent that revisions occur between the time BellSouth notifies OnePoint of changes under this Agreement and the time the changes are scheduled to be implemented, BellSouth will notify OnePoint of such revisions consistent with its internal notification process; provided that, OnePoint shall not utilize any notice given under this subsection to market resold offerings of that service in advance of BellSouth. In addition, upon request BellSouth shall furnish OnePoint with copies of publicly available service descriptions regarding the Resale Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OnePoint shall not utilize any such BellSouth service descriptions as part of its own sales or marketing efforts.
