New Resale Services. Changes in Provision of Resale Services. CBT shall, via tariff filings notify CLEC of any changes in the terms and conditions under which CBT offers Resale Services, including the introduction of any new features, functions, services or promotions, by serving CLEC with a copy of the tariff filing at the time it is submitted to the Commission. The wholesale rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule shall be adjusted to reflect the appropriate wholesale discount contemporaneous with any retail price change (excluding promotional offerings consistent with Section 10.5.2) by CBT.
