New Salary Scale. the Board and the Association agree to collaboratively examine the current TABCO salary scale and to begin researching, analyzing, and creating a new salary scale considering the following guidelines: a. Reduce the number of steps to reach a maximum salary b. Adjusting/leveling the incremental costs to reduce the cost of moving everyone one step to less than 1%. c. Increasing the number of columns/lanes. d. Leveling out the cost differentials between each of the columns.
