New Supervisory Employee. The Department will notify the Chief Xxxxxxx upon the hiring and/or promotion of an employee new to the Supervisor unit. The Chief Xxxxxxx or xxxxxxx shall be allowed to schedule thirty (30) minutes to make a presentation, present information and answer questions of employees in classifications represented by the organization Supervisory unit.
