New/Transferred Employees. The Employer’s general office shall mail a list of new employees hired in a preceding month to the Union. Said list shall contain the name of such employees, their dates of employment, Social Security number, store number and initial rate of pay. The Employer will provide the new hire reports electronically on a weekly basis. The Employer will provide weekly initiation fees and regular union dues electronically to all Southern California Union Locals.
