NEW TYPES OF EQUIPMENT AND CATEGORIES OF WORK. Section 13.1 Establishment of Rates for New Types When new types of equipment or categories of work for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement are put into use or effect, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. In the event of failure to reach agreement on such rates, the question shall be referred to arbitration and a Board of Arbitration shall be established within thirty (30) days of the date of failure to reach such an agreement and the rates as determined shall apply from the first day the equipment or categories of work were put into use or effect.
