New York Season Stage Rehearsals and Combined Staging Rehearsals. (i) A three and one-half (3-1/2) hour Stage Rehearsal or Combined Staging Rehearsal during the Regular Season may consist of two segments, one of a maximum of ninety (90) minutes and the other of a maximum of eighty (80) minutes with a rest period of forty (40) minutes between the two segments which may occur in either order. When the first segment of such rehearsal extends longer than eighty (80) minutes, such segment shall be considered the ninety (90) minute segment and the second segment shall be a maximum of eighty (80) minutes in duration. In the case of a Stage Rehearsal with Orchestra of longer than three and one-half (3-1/2) hours, upon advance notice to the Chorus prior to or during the rehearsal, following the first break of thirty (30) minutes which may take place no later than ninety (90) minutes after the start of the rehearsal (except as otherwise provided in subparagraph (b)(ii) below), the breaks may be scheduled to coincide with the breaks required by the Orchestra under the collective bargaining agreement between The Met and Local 802 of the A.F. of M. in effect at the time, provided that the total amount of rest period required in the rehearsal by this AGREEMENT, i.e., no less than five (5) minutes for each half-hour of rehearsal call, is not reduced and that no break is less than fifteen (15) minutes in duration.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.
