Night Premiums. Work time for "Off Production" employees shall be paid for according to the following schedule: (a) Employees called to work between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. shall receive a ten percent (10%) premium for all time worked between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (b) Employees called to work between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. shall receive a twenty percent (20%) premium for all time worked. (c) Employees called to work between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive a twenty percent (20%) premium for all time worked until 6:00 a.m., and straight time for the remainder of the minimum call.
