Clerk's Helpers. All Clerk's Helpers shall be paid a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour for all time worked after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m.
Clerk's Helpers. Clerk=s Helpers will be reclassified and shall work as Utility Clerks, and will be paid in accordance with the wage rates contained in Appendix A of this Agreement, and shall have health and welfare contributions made on their behalf and receive benefits in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement. Aside from such wage rates, job descriptions and benefits, all other terms and conditions of employment for such employees shall be governed by the 1999-2003 Retail Food and Meat Agreement. Upon promotion to a higher classification under this Agreement, a Utility Clerk shall receive the wage rates and the job descriptions of this Agreement, and all other terms and conditions of employment, including benefits, shall be covered by the 1999-2003 Retail Food and Meat Agreement.

Clerk's Helpers. During the period of this Agreement, Clerk's the date on which the report or the contribution or contributions become delinquent. Liquidated damages shall be paid for each delinquent or inaccurate report or contribution and shall be paid in addition to any contributions due. In the event the Trustees shall incur any cost for the collection of said delinquency, the delinquent Employer hereby agrees to pay said additional cost including reasonable attorney's fees. The imposition of the liquidated damages described above shall require affirmative action of the Trustees following examination of periodic delinquency reports from the Administrator.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS ‌ An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of the employee’s official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the employee’s personnel office is normally open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department. No disciplinary document shall be placed in an employee’s official departmental personnel folder without providing said employee with a copy thereof.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.

  • Management by Managers (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or to the extent delegated by the written consent of the Sole Member, (i) the business and affairs of the Company solely shall be vested in and controlled by the Managers, which shall have the exclusive power and authority, on behalf of the Company, to take any action and to do anything and everything they deem necessary or appropriate to carry on the business of the Company, (ii) the Managers shall have full, exclusive and complete discretion in the management and control of the Company, (iii) all decisions relating to the business and affairs of the Company shall be made by, and all action proposed to be taken by or on behalf of the Company, shall be taken by, the Managers and (iv) the Managers shall have full power and authority to execute all documents and take all other actions on behalf of the Company and thereby bind the Company and the Sole Member with respect thereto, including, without limitation, all decisions required or permitted to be made by the Sole Member under this Agreement and all decisions required or permitted to be made by the Company as a member, partner or other beneficial owner of any other Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Sole Member may take any action that the LLC Law or this Agreement requires or permits the Managers to take. (b) The implementation of any decisions properly made by the Managers, including the execution and delivery of all documents, may be through any Person selected by the Managers (including any Manager or Officer). All approvals and consents required or permitted herein may be prospective or retroactive. (c) The Managers are, to the extent of their rights and powers set forth in this Agreement, agents of the Company for the purpose of the Company’s business, and all actions of the Managers taken in accordance with such rights and powers shall bind the Company.   • B5 Contractor’s Staff The Authority may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Authority’s Premises:

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Sub-Contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of-way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections 4, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), and 7 of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra- State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
