Night School, Summer School and Weekend Programs. Bargaining Unit members shall be given first consideration for office, clerical and technical positions in the night school, summer school and weekend programs offered by Continuing Education. Notwithstanding the above, the current incumbents shall be entitled to remain in the position. In the event the incumbent relinquishes the position, the position shall be reposted. Note: Reference to posting in this article shall mean electronically. If the system is down during regular business hours for any significant time during the posting period, the closing will be delayed by the equivalent time.
