No Adverse Effect Due to Transfer. Transfers shall not adversely affect the unit members’ range 36 and step placement on the Classified Salary Schedule, their anniversary date nor accumulated 37 benefits. Unit members are transferred to another class, their seniority in that class shall begin 38 on the date of transfer.
