No Discharge on Termination. No termination of this Agreement for any reason shall relieve or discharge either Licensor or Licensee from any duty, obligation, or liability that was accrued as of the date of the termination (including, without limitation, the obligation to indemnify or to pay any amounts owing as of the date of termination).

No Discharge on Termination. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Sections 14.1, 14.2 or 14.3 hereof, no termination of this Agreement for any reason shall relieve or discharge, or be deemed or construed as relieving or discharging, any party hereto from any duty, obligation or liability hereunder which was accrued as of the date of such termination (including, without limitation, the obligation to pay any amounts payable hereunder accrued as of such date of termination, the obligation to return any Copies, dubbed or subtitled versions of any Program, or promotional or advertising materials of any Program or any indemnification obligation).
