No Discipline or Discharge or Termination of a Contract for Services. The Producer shall not discipline or discharge a Guild Member in any manner nor shall the Producer terminate the Guild Member’s Contract for Services where the Guild Member refuses to cross a picket line because the Guild Member has a bona fide concern for the Guild Member’s personal safety.
