No Discrimination - Human Rights Code. β There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion, exercised or practiced by the Employer, the Union, or any employee, with respect to any employee in matters covered by this Collective Agreement by reason of age, race, creed, colour, national origin, sex, marital status or place of residence.
