No Duty to Policyholder Sample Clauses

No Duty to Policyholder. Orchid shall have no responsibility to any policyholder, sub-agent, solicitor, or sub-producer with regard to the adequacy, amount or form of coverage obtained through Orchid including but not limited to determining whether insurance supplied pursuant to this Agreement shall meet the needs of any policyholder.
