No Earnings Sample Clauses

No Earnings. A Participant receiving any make-up contribution under this Section 3.11 is not entitled to an allocation of any Earnings on any such contribution prior to the time that the Employer actually makes the contribution (or timely deposits the Participant's own make-up Elective Deferrals or Employee Contributions) to the Trust.
No Earnings. If an employee has no earnings due him for the pay period in question, no deductions will be made for that employee for that period. The collection of money described herein other than for the current period shall not be the responsibility of the City.
