No Elimination of Present Classification Without Prior Discussion. The Employer agrees that there will be no elimination of classifications within the terms of this Agreement without prior discussion. The Employer agrees that it will not establish new classifications without first discussing the classifications with the Union and reaching an agreement as to the rate of pay with the Union. For the purpose of determining the rate of pay/classification the Employer will consider where the Education is related and relatively equal the person will receive the higher classification and rate of pay.
