Attendance Centre Closures Clause Samples

Attendance Centre Closures. Attendance Centres will be closed for two (2) weeks during the Christmas period. During such closures the Employer will pay each member at the centre one (1) weeks pay and members can select which week shall be paid. Further, members may elect to use vacation or other banked time for the additional week of closure or may elect to receive no pay at all. The Employer will notify in advance all members as to which dates during the Christmas period the Centres will be closed.
