No Enlargement of Employment Rights. Neither this Agreement, nor the making of any benefit payment hereunder, will be construed to confer upon Executive any right to continue to be an employee of the Company. The Company expressly reserves the right to discharge any of its employees at any time, with or without cause. However, as described in this Agreement, Executive may be entitled to benefits pursuant to this Agreement depending upon the circumstances of his or her termination of employment.
