Nothing appearing in or done pursuant to the Plan shall be construed (a) to give any person a legal or equitable right or interest in the assets of the Trust or distribution therefrom, nor against the Employer, except as expressly provide herein or (b) to create or modify any contract of employment between the Employer and any Employee or obligate the Employer to continue the services of any Employee.
