No Further Payment Obligations. JBI shall have no payment obligations to Aduro except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Except as may otherwise be expressly agreed to in writing by JBI, Aduro is solely responsible for any royalties, milestones, or any other payment or consideration due to any Third-Party as a result of JBI’s Development or Commercialization of the Licensed Immunotherapeutics, including any consideration due to The [*] pursuant to the [*]Agreement.
No Further Payment Obligations. Upon paying the Settlement Funds and any Administrative Costs required under this paragraph 5 and under the Plan of Administration attached as Exhibit D, Defendant shall have no further payment obligations to the Settlement Class Members, Class Counsel, Intervenors’ Counsel or any other person whatsoever under this Settlement Agreement.
No Further Payment Obligations. KASB expressly acknowledges and agrees that UAG will send the entire settlement payment to KASB’s counsel identified below and UAG has no further obligations regarding the settlement payment, including but not limited to allocation thereof.

With effect from the Effective Date and save as provided in clause 7 (Surviving provisions) below, no fees, costs, expenses or other amounts (other than such fees, costs, expenses and amounts which are due and payable on or prior to the Effective Date) shall become due and payable by the Issuer or by any other relevant Party under the Transaction and/or under any English Law Terminated Agreement to which it is a party.
