No Harmful Acts. You agree not to disparage Liberty or its current and former employees or directors. During the term of this Agreement, you also agree not to do any act harmful, prejudicial or injurious to Liberty.

Mitigation of Harmful Effects To mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect 8 that is known to CONTRACTOR of a use or disclosure of DHCS PI or PII by CONTRACTOR or its 9 subcontractors in violation of this Personal Information Privacy and Security Contract.
Agreement to Perform Necessary Acts Each party agrees to perform any further acts and execute and deliver any further documents which may be reasonably necessary or otherwise reasonably required to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.

NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.
Unauthorized Transactions You are not responsible for unauthorized Transactions. A Transaction is considered an “unauthorized Transaction” if we complete an investigation and determine that: • The Account was used by someone other than you; • You did not receive any benefit from the Transaction; • You co-operated fully with us in our investigation; and • You followed your responsibilities under this Agreement, including in these sections: i. “Unauthorized Transactions” , ii. “Using the Account”
Causes The contract may be terminated before the stated completion date by any of the following conditions. 1. By mutual agreement and consent, in writing from both parties. 2. By the State by notice in writing to the Engineer as a consequence of failure by the Engineer to perform the services set forth herein in a satisfactory manner. 3. By either party, upon the failure of the other party to fulfill its obligations as set forth herein. 4. By the State for reasons of its own, not subject to the mutual consent of the Engineer, by giving thirty business days notice of termination in writing to the Engineer. 5. By the State, if the Engineer violates the provisions of Attachment A, General Provisions Article 21, Gratuities, or Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Historically Underutilized Business Requirements. 6. By satisfactory completion of all services and obligations described herein.
NO STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
