STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 5.01 The Union agrees there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees there shall be no lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The terms "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 6.01 During the term of this Collective Agreement there shall be no lockouts by the Employer and no interruption or impeding of work, work stoppage, strike, sit- down, slow-down, or any other interference with production by any employee or employees.

In the event any employees covered by this agreement, individually or collectively, violate the provisions of this Article and the Union fails to exercise good faith in halting the work interruption, the Union and the employees involved shall be deemed in violation of this Article and the County shall be entitled to seek all remedies available to it under applicable law.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 16.01 It is mutually agreed that there shall be no strikes, lockouts, stoppages of work or slow-downs during the life of this Agreement.

4.02 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Employer will not engage in any lockout of its employees or deliberately restrict or reduce the hours of work or deliberately send men home when this is not warranted by the workload.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strike and the Company agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of this Agreement. The words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in the Labour Relations Act.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The settlement of strikes, lockouts and other labor disturbances shall be entirely within the discretion of the affected Party and the requirement to remedy a Force Majeure event within a reasonable period of time shall not require the settlement of strikes or lockouts by acceding to the demands of an opposing Person when such course is inadvisable in the discretion of the Party having the difficulty.
