Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. You will be liable for unauthorized access to accounts via Online Banking to the extent allowed by applicable federal and state law. You must tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Member number, or Logon ID, or any record thereof, has been lost or stolen, or if any of your accounts have been accessed without your authority. If you tell us within two (2) business days of the loss, theft, or unauthorized access, you can lose no more than $50 if someone accessed your account without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss, theft or unauthorized access, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from accessing your account without permission if you had notified us, you could lose as much as $500. If you permit someone else to use an EFT service, your card or your access code, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, TELL US AT ONCE if you believe your card or access code has been lost or stolen, if you believe someone has used your card or access code or otherwise accessed your accounts without your permission, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check. Tell us immediately if you believe your Card and PIN, or either one of them, has been lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Telephoning is the best way to limit your possible losses. If someone uses your Card or PIN without your permission for a transaction from which you receive no benefit, you could lose the amount of the unauthorized transaction or $50, whichever is less. Your loss may be covered if MasterCard Zero Liability Protection applies. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. 5.1 The Bank must be notified immediately of any lost or stolen Card or any unauthorised use of the Card and the circumstances thereof through the Hotline (the “Notification”), Cardmember will not be liable for card-present unauthorised transactions which require PIN verification if Cardmember has not: (a) acted fraudulently or with gross negligence; (b) delayed in notifying the Bank as soon as reasonably practical after having discovered the loss or unauthorized use of the Card; (c) voluntarily disclosed the PIN to another person; or (d) recorded the PIN on the card or anything kept in close proximity with your Card. Cardmember will not be liable for card-present unauthorised transactions which require signature verification or the use of a contactless card, provided you have not: (a) acted fraudulently or with gross negligence; (b) delayed in notifying the Bank as soon as reasonably practicable after having discovered the loss or unauthorised use of the Card; (c) left the Card or an item containing the card unattended in places visible and accessible to others. Cardmemebers shall exercise due care in safeguarding the Credit Card even at the Cardmember’s place of residence; or (d) voluntarily allowed another person to use the Card. 5.2 The Cardmember may request that replacement card be issued to the Cardmember following loss or theft of the Card. The Bank shall be under no obligation to issue a replacement card and, the issuance of any replacement card is subject to such card replacement fee and execution of card replacement related documentations as the Bank deems fit and appropriate. 5.3 In consideration of the Bank issuing the Cardmember a replacement of the original card, the Cardmember agrees to hold the Bank free from liability and shall indemnify the Bank from and against all claims, demands, losses, damage, cost, charges, and expenses which the Bank may incur and be liable in the event the original card is used or dealt with in any way now or at any future time or in consequence of the Bank issuing the Cardmember the replacement card at the Cardmember’s request for which the Bank may debit the Cardmember’s account and/or set off such sum from any account standing in credit in the Cardmember’s name.

Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. I/We agree to contact the Credit Union at once if: a. I/We believe the ATM/VISA Check Card(s) issued to me/ us or my/our PIN has been lost or stolen or money is missing from my/our account(s); b. My/Our monthly statement shows transactions which I/we did not make, and I/we do not contact the Credit Union within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed to me/us, I/we may not get back any money lost after that time; c. For a VISA Check Card, I/we understand that there is zero liability. d. For an ATM Card, I/we understand that my/our liability is $50 to $500 if it is reported lost or stolen more than two (2) business days after discovery. If, however, it is determined that an unauthorized transfer was the result of my/our gross negligence (i.e. writing the PIN on the card) or fraud, my/our liability could increase; and e. I We give my/our ATM/VISA Check Card(s) and PIN to someone else to use, I/we am/are authorizing them to act on my/our behalf and I/we will be responsible for any use of the card(s) by them.
Liability for Unauthorized Transactions. You are liable for all unauthorized card transactions, whether they are effected as a result of the unauthorized use of the card, the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your liability for all unauthorized transactions on your card which are effected prior to you notifying us shall be limited to US$100.00 provided:- (a) you have fully complied with clauses 9.1 and 9.2; (b) you assist in the investigations and recovery; and (c) we are satisfied that such unauthorized card transactions are not due to your negligence and that you have not acted fraudulently.

If my statement shows Card Transactions that I did not make (even if my Card was not lost), I must and will notify the Plan Administrator/Service Provider or Employer at once. If I do not notify the Plan Administrator/Service Provider or Employer within 60 days of the Card Transaction date, I may not recover any money I lost after the 60 days if the Plan Administrator/Service Provider or Employer could have stopped someone from taking the money, had I notified Plan Administrator/Service Provider or Employer in time.
